One In All, All In One
Consciousness
Everything be it living or non-living composed of two parts; one gross (“Sthool”) and another subtle, Fine (“Sukshma”). Gross part is visible, can be touched, it has some weight and it occupies some space. Where as subtle part is not visible, can’t be touched, has no weight and doesn’t occupy any space. This can only be felt experienced.
Out of feeling and experience one knows that everything in its interior is composed of subtle part. Whole interior consists of it.
When one experiences its interior, subtle part, a phenomenon, a situation inside is felt. It is found that it is boundless, infinite, vast, vibrant and living. When experience goes deeper, a realization comes that it is everywhere, inside and outside, every matter, form, living or non-living, everywhere. One more experience comes to understanding that where is its origin? Where from it comes. Source remains untraced. Going deeper and deeper in to it, origin becomes a mystery. On more deeper, advance experience is that, it is unknowable. Simply one melts in to the experience and becomes one with it. It is not two now. Ultimate unification with whole happens. Now one comes home, at rest, fully relaxed. No duality, no wavering, nowhere inside, any sort of conflict exists. Simply one is calm-quite, tranquil and at ease. Nothing happens at that level. It remains always untouched from any external circumstances. Its expansion is infinite, very vast. Its depth, height and spread are boundless.
All is the function, dimension of the subtle part. This is the nature of the interior space, which on experience spreads to outer space, emptiness, and cosmic space. Its nature is expansion, always expanding, always developing, knows no stoppage.
The interior subtle part is called consciousness; Atma, sunnya avastha, sunnyata, nirakar and we in oshodhara call it as inner sky (Antar Aakash).
The gross part in body is like a container, which contains Antar Aakash (Inner Sky, Space) as content.
The experience of consciousness makes tremendous changes in the body-mind system of one individual. One is no longer the same as before. Externally the same human being with same form. Internally he is nowhere, always bondage free, nowhere fixed, no one can fix him. But he can fix himself as per his choice, as a drama, to come to the level of these surrounding him. So that they are not hurt. To be as a common in the eyes of all his relatives, inquier, critics and all others; He willfully plays many actions. But he lives in his pure witnessing consciousness, utter vibrant silence. Vibrant silence becomes his strength.
Everything what he wants flows from this inner stage of silence. Now he has known the source which is one and inside. Many external manifestations happen from that one silent, vast, eternal, “Amrit”, consciousness. In ordinary sense he is very stable. His consciousness never produce waves. He no longer wavers.
Purity is the nature of consciousness. One can’t be pure from outside. Outside is the source of impurity. Even those impurities can’t contaminate the only source of purity the consciousness. Rather it absorbs and transforms the impurities in to purity. Thus the outlook towards the outer contaminator changes and it becomes an opportunity to see the things as it is, as a witnesser. Witnesser, a state of witnessing consciousness becomes always a catalytic agent to change impurities, a situation of wavering consciousness, scattered consciousness, fragmented consciousness to one consciousness, consolidated consciousness, unfragmented consciousness. In this situation everything stops, nothing happens, nothing touches, nothing attracts or repels, a state of stillness of great depth is there. It is still and tranquil.
In this situation one is boost up, ‘mast-mast’, strong enough to live any situation, without being unflinched. Not only that in response to those impurities a new, wonderful, peaceful, blissful, graceful situation comes out, unbelievable state to others. But it is normal, natural, spontaneous, an old, well known intrinsic, an old i.e. eternal situation and a way of life to the witnesser. Nothing in relativity only absolute (“Poorna”), total, whole, unfragmented exists. It responds, doesn’t react only expands in an eternal, flowing way with love to all be it
living or non-living. Its nature is like water, which when left any where; it just spreads, spreads and spreads till it is absorbed and becomes one with the contactee. Unification, oneness happens.
One of the natures of consciousness is like air to flow free without caring, the way, which it blows through. It crosses all, it touches all, it shakes all, and still it passes, blows. It doesn’t take rest, its nature is of not taking rest; its nature is always since time immemorial to blow freely without any consideration. It is difficult to understand intellectually or through logic, unless one attains the stage of a witnesser and lives in witnessing consciousness.
To be whole is to be pure. To be whole is to be holy.
Innocence
Innocence is the virtue, nature of consciousness (“Atman”, Inner Sky, “Shoonyata”). It is just a manifestation. It is normal state of consciousness.
Innocence is the mirror of individual state of consciousness. It is not concerned about others. It manifests spontaneously, naturally. It does not care of others. It is like growth of a seed to a plant and plant to a bud but on its own it turns in to a flower and blooms. Similarly, innocence presents and manifests as a virtue of consciousness. It presents and comes out through body language and voice.
Innocence can be observed in the behavior of children. They are still not polluted by others. They live from inside. They are still close to the source, i.e. consciousness (“Atman”) and they live accordingly.
Last night one friend was talking of his son aged five year that once the boy picked of fifty rupees from the drawer, from which he the father also takes money for daily expenses. When the father knew, he rebuked and slapped the son, that why you have stolen the money. The son replied that Papa, you also take money when you need from the same place, from which I also take money when I need. Grand ma never rebukes you for the same. The father told that, you must inform of taking money, otherwise it is theft. The son affirmed and said ok Papa.
Again after few days after spending one hundred rupees taken from the source, he informed that Papa, I have taken and spent the money.
While talking to me he was surprisingly laughing and narrating the event. It is innocence.
Courage is a byproduct of innocence. Uncultivated innocence is simple and natural. If no difference between inside situation and outside behavior, it is real innocence. It does not give even a sense of vanity or highness to the real innocent people. He just flows from inside to outside. To suit others innocent person never manipulates himself. He never bothers. He just blows like air.Whether the watcher or listener will mind it or not.
It is not that he is not caring of others. He cares but the nature of innocence always remains a spontaneous, total flow from inside without allowing mind to play a game.
A game of like and dislike, win or loose, to appease or not appease others. This game does not come to fore for a person which has become “Atmavan”, established in his or her consciousness.
An innocent man never lives in duality. Now he has become one with whole. This is called “Amrit consciousness” which never splits in to two or more. The “Atman”, the consciousness is always one, whole, complete, “Poorna”, The whole, “Poorna” can’t be explained in words. The experiencer can try, but it remains as if a dumb person is trying to express about his ‘experience of a sweet’. Only experiencer knows and enjoys himself being beloved to all. Because all are “Atmavan”, he knows that. All is one. Forms, bodies vary, but Consciousness is same, as a thread in a garland.
A child when feels hungry, cries, demands for food. He goes on crying till he gets. But a full-grown innocent man, when hungry, asks for food, but he will not cry, as he is conscious, to others, caring to others. While a child not at all bothers for others, as he is not conscious of what he is doing. Consciousness has not grown up. He is just innocent so much so that he forgets to care about himself while a grown up conscious innocent man cannot hurt any body or him self.
To be conscious is another virtue, dimension of consciousness, “Atman”. It is the primary. It is the first to be known. It has to grow, grow, grow and grow, no end to its growth, always growing, ever growing; this nature of ever growing is the very beauty, of the nature of “Atman”, the consciousness, the existence. Very beauty lies in its growth, it never matures, never fully blooms, always one of the thousand petals of the flower blooms, gradually one by one opens, blooms, so the existence is infinite, never coming to end.
To be conscious, to be alert, to be careful to all, all inclusive in his care. Everything is absorbed in his consciousness. He attains a witnessing consciousness. He becomes a watcher, watching his emotions, mind, respiration, body, the world and all activities any where spread all over the body-mind system and the world.
Witnessing consciousness absorbs, assimilates any thing, everything, any activity, every activity in it. It becomes great. It becomes powerful, utterly silent, which spreads and expands.
Balance
Another dimension, virtue of “Atman”, consciousness is ‘Balance’.
‘Balance’ has to happen in between two, and of two, duality (“Dwait”). Balance also has to happen of very very vast, infinite thing. This is true about “Atman”, consciousness.
Human being is composed of two equal parts, bilaterally symmetrical. The human body also contains the very very vast, infinite constituent, the content, the inner sky. It is full of virtues, unknown and known dimensions. It is treasure of all. The inner sky is empty but vibrant and full of life. No one has known all its potential, all virtues, and dimensions.
Life long, a balance has to be discovered and is being discovered in between the three, body, mind and soul.
In mother’s womb a baby is in balance. With birth unbalance starts. Equilibrium of two with its infinite constituent, the inner sky, “Atman”, is lost.
Climax of unbalance, is that one doesn’t know that one is living life in unbalance. When one observes that life is in problem, life is disturbed one starts finding the causes. The causes are always searched out side, the natural combination and spectrum of three, provided by the existence. Wrong place of searching for the cause leads to further going far away from the root of the cause and there by remedy. This leads to further suffering in life.
There are many observations of the concerned disturbed people. These are following.
One says that unless one becomes sensitive, open to surroundings and allows natural own response to the external stimuli, one can’t move towards root of the problem.
Another observation is the external strong causes, i.e. loss of some kith and kin, one’s suffering from incurable disease, repeated failures in life, all these or one may compel the sufferers to find some way for remedy.
Third view or observation is that sensitivity, receptivity, all happen due to grace of existence. It bestows upon the searcher. Growing
openness, sensitivity, receptivity can’t happen without grace, bliss of existence.
In my view ‘where there is will there is a definite way’. Existence really helps those who help in one’s own growth in terms of natural response to the external stimuli. This leads to more and more sensitivity, receptivity. One finds in another world where many esoteric things are revealed. This is a stage of growing sensitivity and receptivity. There is no end in its growth.
This growth is helped by “Satsang” of like people, who are concerned more towards their own growth.
This situation further needs and searches, for a “Guru”. With “Guru”, the master, life changes unbelievably in a new direction, dimension, the ‘Balance’.
New ways of search brings remedy. The search in it self contains the ‘Balance’, as contentment.
Living With Above All
One has to live his Body, Respiration, Mind, Heart, Soul (Nirakar, Empty, Living, Vibrant Inner Sky), Immense Potential, living with above all.
To make life stable, fearless, healthy, peaceful one needs a growing, nourishing “Navel Area”. Generally ladies have weak navel area.
For this I have worked upon many physical respiratory exercises and postural exercises of navel area . They are found to be very helpful in the process of nourishing, growing Navel Area.
Navel Area
Activation, consolidation and nourishment of the Navel
Area
Navel area means when one puts four fingers on the navel, the whole area covered by this is called navel area – “Navel Center” above and “Hara Center” below and area in between. Two centers are very sensitive. One is “Heart Center” which becomes active after birth. Another center is “Navel Center” which is active and sensitive inside the womb of the mother. After birth of child it gets dormant. It needs again activation and nourishment because it is the root center of the life. Those who have activated and nourished the navel center have experienced a stable consciousness, which is loosely call stable non-wavering mind. This stable consciousness gives a fearless life. The more the consciousness becomes stable the more the life is fearless.
A sense of greatness, vastness starts in-gulfing the human being. Everything looks to be great, vast and spreading. Everything appears to be a mystery. This mystery is a door to immense potential. Day-by-day a new horizon, a new space and an unknown world, full of divinity and satisfaction starts coming. A sense of fulfillment comes to the experience. This is ever growing, not ending anytime, anywhere. This is why I call it “Immense Potential”. This cannot be expressed in words but for the sake of communication of experiences the words are used. This immense potential is nothing but a blissful, jovial and full of thrill passage to divinity. It is divinity.
After experience of unity of all five rather four excluding respiration because respiration spontaneously comes into unity after being settled in Empty Formless Inner Sky.
Now we see that the most important thing is to settle in Empty Formless Inner Sky. With this unity sets in. The immense potential starts unfolding. The most important thing is to realize and establish in The Empty Formless Inner Sky.
The present state of human being is in disharmony at all the six levels. The most perceptible, clear disharmony is at the first level i.e. The Surrounding World.
It needs a certain long practices i.e. Meditation and Samadhi. Before being in Meditation and Samadhi one needs sensitive, receptive body. For sensitivity one has to clean body and mind. For cleaning body one has to adopt a very hygienic standard. One has to take bath regularly. For making body sensitive one has to be loving towards The Surrounding World. One has to be loving and caring at the level of thought, speech and the action. There should be no violence, harm of any sort. One should be in loving harmony in the surrounding world for at least six months.
In my experience with six months of practice of loving, caring, growing harmony with the surrounding world at the level of thought, speech and the actions. There should be association of seekers of love, truth, bliss, permanence, and peace, together.
They should search Love, Truth, Bliss, Permanence and Peace sitting, talking, and in every part of the life sincerely and totally with above mentioned five components i.e. starting from The Body, The Respiration, The Mind, The Heart Center and The Atman.
In the mean time as a practice they should adopt some physical and breathing Yogic Exercises. Physical Yogic exercises make body free of blocks and complexes. Fresh loving energy works wonder at the level of The Body, The Respiration, The Mind, and The Heart Center. Breathing Yogic Exercises fills body with fresh, vital and existential energy. The Breathing Yogic Exercises with fresh, vital and existential energy takes one deeper and deeper in to inner subtle bodies. With living inside the subtle bodies experience changes. The body becomes light and more receptivity grows.
Para sensory organs start working. Heither to unknown, inaudible, invisible starts becoming known, audible and visible.
With the loving, caring, growing life style of harmony with the surrounding world, association of seekers of Love, Truth, Bliss, Permanence And Peace, together, with a sincere search of above mentioned five components i.e. starting from The Body, The Respiration, The Mind, The Heart Center and The Atman. It should be followed by physical and breathing Yogic Exercises.
Now a new practice should start. In my observation only practice of humming is sufficient.
Sit in a comfortable posture, relaxedly with spine and neck straight. Now start humming from navel area for three minutes with keeping one or both palms over the navel area with little pressure over the area. Putting of palm in the beginning is necessary. Just to localise the humming area. After three minutes the humming area should be shifted to heart center.
In the same way, keeping one or both palms over heart center with little pressure over the area. Putting of palm in the beginning is necessary hear too.
Creation of humming sound from heart center for two minutes should continue.
Now humming area should be shifted to throat center.
In the same way, keeping one or both palms over throat center with little pressure over the area. Putting of palm in the beginning is necessary hear too. Creation of humming sound from throat center for one minute should continue.
Now the humming area should be shifted to The Third Eye Center.
In the above way, keeping one or both palms over The Third Eye Center with little pressure over the area. Putting of fingers in the beginning is necessary hear too. Creation of humming sound from The Third Eye Center for one minute should continue.
Now the humming sound should be shifted to the crown center, the Sahastrar, the seventh center. In the same way, keeping one or both palms over crown center with little pressure.
Now one should feel the crown center from inside and the humming sound be created for seven minutes with closed eyes and same comfortable posture.
After this one should lie down or remain seated comfortably with closed eyes at least for thirty minutes or more as time permits. The eyes should be covered with some piece of cloth.
This practice should continue at least for three months regularly once a day.
After regularly practicing at least for three months one can start humming, walking, talking, bathing and doing anything anytime in the day in the same order starting from navel area to crown center without putting any palm or pressure. It will work wonder, while humming, one goes into sleep in the night or in the day.
After three months of regularly practicing above technique, one can create humming from navel area while doing anything for five minutes.
