Development Of Navel Area

The development of navel and beneath the navel area is must for living life for the human beings. It is necessary to know and to develop for knowing mystery of life, the following.

  • The formulas of activation and nourishing energy of the navel area

Important Methods For Development Of Navel Area

Development Of courage 

  • Let us put our attention on our bondages, fixity and involvement, which are not allowing to grow further. Many times they pull towards their selves. We remain caged like birds in a net. Body develops but the consciousness does not grow and expand.
  • Put attentions on some family traditions social and religious conceptions or, and other biases which have been gifted from kith and kins in childhood. After observation and putting attention these biases and traditions evaporates themselves. You are released from them. In the same way any sensual pleasure like food, melodious songs, beautiful scenes, attracting perfume etc. attracts you severely, you just put attention again and again on them. You will see that you are no more fixed to them.
  • Now gather your courage in thoughts to get rid of these 'sensual pleasures-net' and put this thought of courage inside yourselves many times. With this thought process courageous actions will take birth from inside. There will be an intellectual evolution in your life. Now you live a life full of wisdom and courage.
  • This courage gathered out of intellectual understanding is not sufficient. For this as per our Master Osho says, 'live dangerously with full awareness'. Only courageous thought is not going to help but one has to live accordingly. 

Development Of Heart Center

  • Remembering of heart with closed eyes and then with opened eyes too.
  • Pressing lightly of the heart by both palms of hands twice or thrice for 30 minutes.
  • Dancing with crooning or singing lovingly, steadily, totally on sweet and light music.
  • Exhaling totally, lovingly from mouth with hands on the heart standing. In the beginning keep slow speed and then increase speed gradually. Do it for minimum 2 minutes and not to exceed of 5 minutes.

Useful Techniques Of Navel Area Development

  • The area occupied with four fingers on the navel downwards is called 'Navel Area'.
  • Remember navel area (Manipur Chakra and Hara Center).
  • Inhale long and deep from navel area for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Humming from navel for 5 to 21 minutes.
  • Sing song of one letter only or produce humming, OM sound with navel in a rhythmic way. Let the rhythm, volume, intensity and swaying of body and hands be allowed gradually the way the body demands.
  • Standup and vacant belly air by mouth swiftly pulling belly inward. Repeat it at least 5 times.
  • Any slow, rhythmic, vibrant sound like outdoor ring tone of the mobile phones, small running motors etc. that can be kept on the navel area, which activates the navel area.
  • In sitting position, inhale lovingly longer than normal and lean backward simultaneously up to 4 to 6 inches. Now come in normal position. Keep your attention totally on the navel area. Repeat steadily it for at least 3 minutes.
  • Stand up in position of 'Vyaghrasan' (Posture of a tiger while roaring)keeping your hands on the waist. Keep eyes totally opened, keep the tongue out of mouth and with emerging eyes produce sound 'Haaaaaa'. Repeat above processes at least 5 times.
  • Lie in the position of 'Naukasan' (Posture like a boat) on the belly. Spread hands frontward. Now stretch hands forward steadily and rise up too, simultaneously. Similarly, stretch legs backward steadily and rise up too, simultaneously. Both processes with hands and legs should be done at the same time.

After this, keeping in the same position, both hands and legs stretch forwards and backwards simultaneously. Both palms and legs should be joined at the time of stretching. Repeat these processes at least 5 times.

  • Bhujangasan (Posture like a snake): Lie on the belly and keep bended hands beside of chest, palms towards the earth. Now lift the neck and the chest up slowly like the expanded hood of a snake. Stay sometimes in this state and come back in normal position. Repeat it at least 5 times.
  • Dhanurasan (Posture like a bow): Lie on the belly, lift up chest and legs and holding legs with hands stretch upward and stay in this position sometimes as possible. Now come back in normal position and rest sometimes you like. Repeat this process at least 5 times.
  • After doing above postures one must relax lying on the back with closed eyes at least for 5 minutes.

Massage Of Navel Area

  • With left and right hand five times massage lightly from left to right and then right to left respectively, and up and down over navel area.
  • Massage lightly in circular way with left and right palm five times over navel area, clockwise and anticlockwise respectively.
  • Blow air from opened mouth, with intensity in rhythm and lovingly five times standing.
  • Whenever you get opportunity to laugh, you have a belly laugh putting stress and effort on your navel area.

Massage Of Navel Area For Males

  • After taking bath and washing navel area with soap and before wearing clothes you practice following devices:

1.    Applying some liquid lubricant as for example, oil, water, and cream on the tip of little finger of your left hand put inside the navel and move it clockwise and anticlockwise three to five times each.

2.    While doing this put your right palm facing towards sky on the level of the head or above on the same side.

3.    This experiment should also be followed by left hand as well in the above way.

Massage Of Navel Area For Females

·         After taking bath and washing navel area with soap and before wearing clothes you practice following devices:

1.    Applying some liquid lubricant as for example, oil, water, and cream on the tip of little finger of your right hand put inside the navel and move it clockwise and anticlockwise three to five times each.

2.    While doing this put your left palm facing towards sky on the level of the head or above on the same side.

3.    This experiment should also be followed by right hand as well in the above way.
